Love!
The blue is a great bright royal blue. This shoe molds to your feet perfectly. I would definitely recommend these to a friend. Ordered another color :)

Unless you enjoy the blisters...
First off, I REALLY wanted these to work. Also, I've never owned a pair of flats before.
I bought these flats in the blue. I LOVED the color and they went well with any outfit. I'm a size 7 and the 7 fit fine, but the back of the heel rubbed against my calf which caused the skin to blister and bleed. Also, the heel at the bottom left no support and like the other reviews mention, I could feel it at the balls of the feet when I walked on hard surface. Overall, 2 weeks later after 1 wear, my feet are still healing from the cuts the shoes left on my feet.
Now I want to take this opportunity to really thank Nordstrom and their amazing customer service.
The same day I wore my shoes for the first time, I went to Nordstrom to find some new flats. I had no intention of returning my flats because, well they were already on my feet. I also thought the shoe may just need to be broken in a bit. A sales associate approached me and I asked her to reccomend a comfy pair of flats. I showed her how red and blistered my foot was and she literally took the shoes off my feet and suggested a pair of Cole Hann flats with Nike Air technology. She did an exchange on the spot and I walked out with my new flats on my feet. I was, and still am beyond happy.
These Lucky Brand flats almost had me forever against wearing flats, but thanks to the sweet sales associate and the Cole Hann flats she suggested, you can bet I'll be wearing flats alot more often!

Comfy but Odd
This is a very soft shoe, and it would have been very comfortable if you never walk on hard surfaces. The reason I say this is that this shoe (like most Lucky flats) has a little round heel that you can feel through the insole of the shoe. It was a bit annoying just in the short time I wore it around my house. On the carpet, it was like wearing house slippers - super comfy, but as soon as I set foot on any hard surface (tile, hardwood, etc), I REALLY noticed the little round heel essentially poking the heel of my foot. I can only imagine how it would have felt after walking around Seattle or even at work. I had ordered this in the light pink, hoping that it would be almost a nude color, and it is close to being that kind of neutral. It runs very true to size and if you wouldn't be bothered by the heel, I think it's a good option. I also ordered the Vince Camuto 'Ellen' flat in Bisque, which is the one that I kept.

Sizing Error
These are a nice, comfortable shoe. The description indicates "runs" big order 1/2 size smaller. It should be the opposite, order 1/2 size bigger.

Pinches Heel
This shoe is very cute, but within walking 20 feet I already had a cut, not a blister, at the top of the back of my heel. I recommend trying on the shoe at the store, and walking around for a while before purchasing.

I wear an 8 to 8 1/2. I bought black and red in 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly.
