Uncomfortable
I liked the style of the shoe along with the rich brown color however the spots under the bow ties were very rough and painful to the top of my feet. I couldn't even wear them for 15 minutes around the house to try and break them in.

I absolutely love the shoes I ordered—they're stylish, comfortable, and perfect for the event I was planning to wear them to. However, I'm really frustrated with my experience. The wrong color was sent to me, and when I reached out for help, I was told I needed to return them instead of having the issue fixed. Now I’m stuck having to return the shoes, which is such a hassle, and I’m left scrambling to find a replacement that arrives in time for my event. It’s such a letdown, especially since I was really excited about these shoes. I hope Nordstrom can work on better handling these kinds of issues in the future.

Super Cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the style! Quite comfy with a sturdy heal. The bows have a little bit of stitching underneath that irritated a bit when I first wore them...so I put bandaids on that underside and all is good!
