Lucent One-Tone Tote

Just received the burgundy one-tone tote from Bao Bao Issey Miyake. I previously has the Prism tote, which was just a bit too large for my 5'2 frame. The Lucent tote is 13.5X13.5 and perfect for my height. It seems sturdier and thicker than the Prism tote, most likely due to the size of the tiles. The rich colors of the burgundy thread mixed with black thread give this bag a solid yet shimmery, elegant look. While I will most likely use this bag at night going out, I could see it paired with a wide array of day time Fall and Winter outfits as well. So far, I can comfortably fit a large wallet and cell phone in the inner zip pouch with room to spare, and the interior could fit a planner, water bottle and more- but I don't think overstuffing it would be a good idea. I am not sure how durable it will be and I would rather baby it. The absolute best thing for me is, despite the look of flatness, it does stand up on its own. The pic I have included has nothing inside of the bag. It fits perfectly under my arm with a sweater or light jacket. I adore this bag! Thanks Nordstrom!
