Great for spectra pumping
My other pumping bras have a lot of clips/hooks and are comfortable but not supportive. This bra feels more like a sports bra and holds the spectra flanges in place. That said, after wearing it overnight once, I’ve decided to purchase the next size up. It got a little tight.

Super comfortable pumping bra
I got a couple pumping bras but all the clips and layers make the bras feel bulky. I found this bra and it feels like a soft sports bra. I was a 34B prior to pregnancy so I could get away with low support/bralette types of bras. I went up a cup size or two but still feel supported in this bra. I also normally wear a size L in clothes but went with an XL based on other reviews. I could probably do a L but the tight part is the band. Sticking with an XL when I buy a second one.

These do not provide as much coverage as shown in the picture. Maybe I got too big of a size but I was a 34DD before getting pregnant and I have to constantly adjust while wearing this. Does get the job done to pump but can’t really wear it otherwise. The elastic band formed to my body quickly and is stuck in this bent position because of how big this runs. Keeping it only because I took the tags off - otherwise I would be returning this.
