Beautiful and Practical
I bought this bag a day before the “limited” sale. Nordstrom didn’t honor the price adjustment but okay. Either way the bag came without the tassel and after a bit of research this is now how Saint Laurent is selling the bag, without the tassel. The other change is the addition of the back pocket. It’s convenient and can hold my iPhone Pro Max 14. I did feel a little bummed no tassel but after seeing a lot of reviews about this bag, the missing tassel is no biggie. As for the bag, I’ve used her daily since I received her in early December. It was a gift from me to me and every penny was well spent. Love the length options with the adjustable strap and the color is striking. I opted for the greyish-brown which is beautiful alternative to black bags. This also pairs with so many outfits. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!!

Leather is beautiful, however
The leather on this bag is beautiful. The perfect gray/beige color. Size is great. The issue is I was sent the wrong bag! The bag I ordered was shown to have the tassel. The bag I received did not. This was to have been a holiday gift for someone special. I called customer service and was basically told “oh well”. I explained there are two different bags with two different sku numbers and was given the same response. Typically Nordstrom’s customer service would have worked to find a solution however this did not occur. If I wanted the bag without the tassel, I would have ordered it. Nordstrom/Saint Laurent…do better next time. Make sure the picture matches the item and the sku number matches the correct bag. Gave 2 stars for poor customer service

missing piece
So disappointed. It’s missing a tassel as mentioned but previous reviewer. I thought i got a good deal since i bought it a limited sale. If nordstrom will send the missing piece i’ll keep the purse, if not then i have to return it.

Beautiful Bag
Originally bought this bag in black with tassel and no outside pocket. It came without a box or sleeping bag, so I returned it and bought this lovely bag instead. As you can see by my photos, this bag came nicely wrapped in a box and sleeping bag. No tassel, which is ok with me because I prefer the outside pocket. The color is gorgeous and goes with everything, perfect for spring and holds all my essentials.
