Nice
It's a nice enough dress.
The cut and details are very nice, but I'm not thrilled with the fabric. It's too shiny and looks somewhat cheap to me.
I think the dress is priced well.

Not velvet!
Cute style but the description is incorrect. It is not velvet. It’s also pretty heavy.
