Mini Le Pliage Canvas Backpack

To save some surprising expectations, please know this item is a ‘Mini’ backpack and the measurements are: 7"H x 8"W x 4"D. Please KEEP this in mind VERY important. I own several Longchamp Le Pliage bags because they are lightweight, elegant, durable, style, real leather detail handle and trim, high quality nylon material easy to clean and much more. Straps are heavy duty and adjustable. I compared several ‘Mini’ backpacks by O’neill (looks very casual) and Kanken by Fjallraven (material felt very stiff ). Lastly, the reason I started to look for a stylish, classic all year round 'Mini" backpack versus cross body bag is because the backpack frees my hands and it is easy to carry all essentials like cell phone, glasses, wallet, klennex, mask, hand sanitizer, napkins, car and house keys, you name it!

I absolutely LOVE this MINI backpack! I got it knowing it was a small bag (some people don’t take the time to read the title or description I guess?), anyway, it’s small but mighty. It fits a LV cosmetic pouch (PM), key cles, 6 key holder, Gucci eyeglasses with the hard case, Kleenex, some lip products, foldable mini fan, 2 oz Purell hand sanitizer, and if I wanted to, I could even fit my boyfriends Ray-Ban sunglasses with the case! I also tried putting a LV Victorine wallet (instead of carrying the key cles) and it fits perfectly in either the front or back pocket! With all of this it definitely adds some weight to it, but this is just to give you an idea of how much fits in the MINI backpack! Happy I got it during the Nordstrom sale!

The Longchamp Le Pliage line of backpacks and totes are my everyday go-to because they are extremely lightweight, strong, and such a classic look that they will never go out-of-style. The most important feature to me is how lightweight they are. This mini is so light that I can barely even feel it on my back when it is full and I love that. Please be advised of the measurements before purchasing this backpack. When they say “mini” they truly mean it is tiny. A small wallet, a couple of small organizational pouches, a travel brush, and your keys may be all that fits in this. It does not deserve a bad star rating just because its purchaser failed to read how small it is. I purchased the Mini Le Pliage backpack in both black and gunmetal through the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. They were unbelievable deals but I would purchase more at full price if they became available in colors like green khaki and paper. This is perfect for an adult just carrying a few things, as a teen’s first designer bag, or a child with very sophisticated taste.
