I really wanted to love this bag, but the quality control is nonexistent. I ordered this bag twice, and BOTH arrived with obvious defects. The first one was damaged, and the replacement item was also defective. While the customer service lead, Kristan, was eventually able to help me resolve the issue with a partial refund, the physical product itself is a nightmare. For a brand sold at Nordstrom, I expected much better durability and inspection before shipping. Save yourself the headache and think twice before purchasing if you’re looking for a bag that actually arrives in new condition.
