Defected item! Disappointing experience
I was so happy to receive this bag as part of the anniversary sale, however when I received the package, the purse still had the security tag on it & there was white stitching around the button that should not have been there. Very disappointed :(

The cognac color is such a beauty. It's made in China and not made in France or Tunisia. I have couple of Longchamp bags that are made in France. I might return it..

Not a durable tote
I’m disappointed on how quickly it shows wear and tear. I have used this tote sparingly and mostly to go to medical appointments. The corners of the tote are frayed and show the white underlying material. The area on the corners is not resistant. This is not an inexpensive tote. There are better options in the market for a nylon, fabric or leather tote. My microfiber Vera Bradley 10 year old tote is used hard on all my travels and is now showing wear and tear. Disappointed with Longchamp product.
