What it is: An opaque, densely pigmented eyeliner with all-day wear that's gentle enough for tightlining. An eyeliner that makes creating a range of looks easy with its precise, swivel-up pencil.
What it does: This transfer-resistant eyeliner instantly forms a waterproof film onto your eyelids that stands up to sweat, humidity, tears and more. For minimal smudging and intense definition, it's formulated with the lowest possible level of oils and waxes for pure, crisp color payoff that won't fade or fall out. The pigment-rich formula glides smoothly and evenly onto eyelids, delivering uniform application.
How to use: Apply eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible, and line the entire length of lids using short, even strokes. For best results, twist the eyeliner up just enough to apply—the tube will support the liner for the smoothest application.

If you'd like to drag your eye lid halfway across the earth then this is the eyeliner for you. It's hard and waxy. And I don't know if I have special water or not, but it came right off with water in the shower. No soap required. For the teeny size and outrageous price, I would expect it to live up to its claims. This is going right back to the store.

Terrible...
I was disappointed. Staying power is awesome once you actually manage to get it on your lid. Maybe it was my particular product but I found it to be extremely dry and hard to apply. You really have to drag it forcefully across your lash line/ lid or your waterline. I can't imagine the harsh hand you have to use is good for the delicate skin on and around your eyes. There are other products out there in same price range or cheaper that are more gentle to apply and have same staying power.

It stays put and its easy to apply!
I am the worst eyeliner applier! The Bobbie Brown makeup artist put this on me and then showed me how to do it. Easy. Stays on in hot humid weather so I now have 3 colors. I love it!
