Long Sleeve V-neck Embroidered Lace A-Line Plus Size Gown

I am a Nordstrom Card holder and have never had an issue returning items. I ordered this dress and it was too big in the bust and too small in the arms and overall not flattering for my body type. When I received the dress it was missing a ribbon that helps keep it on the hanger which is something I did not worry about since it is not a feature of the dress you can see. When I went to return it, I was not allowed to take it back in store at our local Nordstrom Rack so I went through the proper avenues of returning it by mail. Everything was returned: hanger, tags in place, plastic….everything within a couple of days. The return was declined stating the dress was damaged. The dress was in perfect condition, never worn, exactly like they sent it to me. Nordstrom has not solved the issue yet and I am stuck with this bill on my Nordstrom card. Still waiting on someone to fix it but they keep saying they cannot override the declined return. BEWARE….this third party business is sketchy!!!
