Long Sleeve Silk Georgette Shirtdress

When picking up this dress I also picked up a Valentino shirt that arrived without a tag - luckily I picked it up in-store and inspected in. After I reported this the manager said they would fix it and disappeared. So I had to get back in the customer service line to get a tag added. When it was added I noticed that the price was half what I paid! Well, first I could only get a price adjustment on designer goods within 10 days of purchase. Once I proved I was within that, it became that I had to return and repurchase the shirt. I said fine. Then it became that I would have to go three floors up to the designer department to do this. Well, once I got to the manager of the designer department it became that they don’t resell designer merchandise 48 hours after it’s returned. What?! I was so disgusted I left. Get it together Nordstrom. This was Tyson’s Corner Center. Don’t just make up rules as you go with your customers. Don’t insult the people who create your profit margin. I don’t even know how this dress fits, but the customer service was so shockingly poor that I might as well shop at Bloomies, Neiman Marcus, Saks - they all carry the same merchandise and it comes with TAGS.
