I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom customer for years, but this was the first time I’ve been completely let down by their customer service. I recently purchased a pair of designer Prada booties, only to receive a pair of worn-out designer shoes instead. While the bottoms of the booties look clean, the leather is clearly worn and shows signs of bending and creases. Even for non-designer shoes, the booties lacked basic elements like shaping tissue papers. It’s clear that these shoes have been worn or used. Nordstrom corporate told me they’d call me back with a resolution, but they haven’t done so yet. I’m hesitant to buy designer items from Nordstrom online again.

I have bought Prada booties several years on a row and enjoyed walking in them but unfortunately not this one.

I am so happy with these. They are comfortable and versatile. I wear with jeans and dress pants. Soft leather. The heel height and shape makes them easy to walk in.
