I found this coat to be too oversized and boxy, even after cinching the adjustable waist. Also, the zipper is poor quality and it takes me several attempts to get it zipped up—an issue I was surprised by, given the high price point of this coat.

Too big, no style
Ultimately, this went back. I typically wear a small but this swallowed me. I doubt an XS would have fit either. Nice, soft and cushy fabric but not a good look.
