Smart Alarm Clock

I'm very dissapointed in Nordstrom. When I receivied the clock it didn't come in a manufacturer's box. It had a cardboard cover and was placed in a plain white Nordstrom labeled shoebox!!! Very strange and upsetting. I always felt like I could trust Nordstrom, but now I'm not so sure.

The clock wouldn't connect to my wifi. I connected my phone to a different wifi to see if that had a better connection. When I went to go set it up the second time around the clock kept switching back and forth from saying "Waking Up", to "Loftie" to just having a black screen. I unplugged the clock, held the small button down to reset it and it was frozen on the Loftie screen. I thought maybe I had to hold it down for longer. After holding the reset button down for 5 minutes straight and no reset happening, I tried one more time to do the reset process and it remained frozen on the Loftie screen. I put it in the box and haven't touched it since. There's nothing on their website to troubleshoot this so I have been at a loss of what to do to fix the issue. I didn't return it because I really want this clock to work so I can actually use it to see if it's worth the purchase. So far very disappointed.

Love the clock and the alarm tones. Helps me wake up cool calm and collected. Their app has some cool features and its cool how they sync up seamlessly. I use the routines feature and looking forward to any updates.

This alarm clock was my biggest regret purchase over the past year. It is hard to navigate even with the app. In order to change your wake up time, you need to do it in the app and your clock needs to be paired. Seems straightforward, right? Wrong. Every time (aka every other day) that I go in to change my alarm time in the app it needs to repair with my clock. Most of the time the app can’t find the device. The app also tries to sell you, constantly, on a subscription service. It also feels cheap. Save your money!

This clock provides an absolute relief compared to my iPhone alarms. The accompanying app is a nice feature as well. Looks cute on my desk. After years of using phone alarms its nice to have a physical device to wake me up while still have some nice additional features that you can't find on a traditional alarm clock.

This was a gift for my son. He was pleased with the clock and the added features he could select. Hopefully this will be good in the long term.
