Ewww gross
am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase. I received a pair of sunglasses that were clearly used and returned. They had visible marks, smudges, and signs of wear that should never have passed any quality check. I honestly can’t believe someone at Nordstrom thought it was acceptable to repackage and ship these out again. There’s no way this wasn’t caught—it feels like they just hoped I wouldn’t notice.
The decline in Nordstrom’s online service is unacceptable. I’ve come to expect a certain standard of quality and care from this company, but this experience was despicable. Enough is enough. Do better.
