The elephant head separated and is this supposed to be detached? Then how come there are visible threads on it!

Adorable and excellent quality
I’m writing the review because the previous review from February is so obviously a fishy situation. The bag/basket the reviewer pictured in their review is made from PALM and it is a palm/herringbone weave. However, the real elephant bag is made of raffia, not palm, and has a raffia weave as shown in Nordstrom’s product pic. In the reviewer’s pic, the elephant head is made of raffia, as it should be. So this elephant head and the basket bag they are showing in the review were never ever sold together from Loewe. Seems like they received a bag that possibly another customer had altered/separated.
