My skin's best friend!
I have super dry skin, I have tried every body wash on the planet but they all made my super itchy and even more dry. A friend told me about this product, I was skeptical - but I had nothing to lose so I bought a bottle.
The scent is amazing, the lather is very indulgent and it made my dry skin so soft and supple and lighlty scented. I was hooked!! Since then I have told all my friends about it and we are now faithful customers. Thank you for making such a great product!

awful smell
I was excited about this product, but once I used it I was immediately turned off. It smells so bad, like wet dog - really badly. I thought maybe the oil had turned rancid but on the L'Occitane site there are numerous reviews that say the same thing. And, it doean't leave your skin softer than any other moisturizing body wash. Cut my losses and tossed it.

Hydrates effectively...
This is a bit like DHC's cleansing oil, but for the body! It's a light golden, fragrant liquid which emulsifies upon contact with water. Main ingredient in here is antioxidant-rich Grapeseed oil and a few other goodies too. I love the fragrance but it does seem to have been toned down since I last used this some years back. Unlike many of the other L'Occitane shower and hand cleansing formulations, this one does not leave your skin feeling dry. However I sometimes find it a bit too emollient as a shower product and tend to use only in winter when my skin can really use the extra boost of hydration, especially my lower legs. I follow with the 'Almond Supple Skin oil' to really lock in that moisture. Nice product!
Great product but a few things to consider. The Pro’s- effective in leaving your skin very soft & moisturized after a shower but you need to use a lot of product to get that way. The lather is great but not long lasting. The scent is wonderful! I love a good almond scent.
You’ll go through this bottle quickly if you aren’t cautious with how much you use during one shower. Otherwise it’s great! A little overpriced for the amount. Consistency is pretty thin as well.

Amazing Amande
Decided to try this since the Kiehl’s shower oil has been out of stock for months and am OBSESSED! The lather is lovely and the scent is amazing. Love that there’s a refill size available.
FYI: The product highlights say there’s coconut oil in this but there isn’t (I checked the back of the bottle & the l’occitane website ingredient list). There’s almond, grapeseed, sunflower seed, and bergamot oil in this product; No cocos nucifera which is more than fine with me!

Lathers well and great cleanser
This shower oil is a lovely moisturizer. It lathers well and is a great cleanser. The scent is extremely mild so I wish I would detect more of this nice scent. I have bought other oils but this one lathers up much better. I plan to buy this product again.
