smells awful
The new formulation of the Extra Gentle Shea milk soap has an overpowering odor that I found very offensive. The new formulation is supposed to be for sensitive skin so I do not understand how putting a strong fragrance would be good for someone with sensitive skin. I used the former product for years and will now be looking for another brand of soap. Thank you Nordstrom for accepting my return.

The new formulation of the Extra Gentle Shea milk soap has an overpowering odor that I found very offensive. The new formulation is supposed to be for sensitive skin so I do not understand how putting a strong fragrance would be good for someone with sensitive skin. I used the former product for years and will now be looking for another brand of soap. Thank you Nordstrom for accepting my return.

Too Smelly
Works nice but all the reviews are right. They’ve changed the formula and man alive this soap has a new scent that is super overpowering and not in a good way. What a shame.

disentegrates very fast now
I’ve been using this soap for the last several years after realizing that not only was it luxurious rich, one bar lasted forever! But after the reformulation not only does it not feel as moisturizing but it dissolves faster than a bar of Irish spring soap. Now I’m looking around for a replacement
