Very Effective
This is a great moisturizer for your body and hands (the latter being used on your hands before going to bed). I have bought this L'Occitane body cream a few times. I prefer the shea butter to the petroleum based products in the drugstores/grocery stores. It is a better quality product in comparison. This body cream is a serious product that has a light, beautiful fragrance. It is not medicinal smelling. Also, it will not conflict with any fragrance that you may wear, although it is very nice if you do not use anything additional. I love this cream in the winter season with the drying heat inside.

They changed the formulas
This was my go to for years. I recently purchased 2 tubs during Friends and Family Fall 2021 and they smell terrible and the consistency is off too. Such a shame! I hope they change it back.

Rich and satisfying
I love this cream. I return to the Shea butter over and over. This is a rich, heavy emollient, and if you have cracked skin, do lots of garden chores and need something that's basically industrial strength but smells almost like a wonderful baby powder, then this is it.

I’ve tried a lot of moisturizers and this is the best by far. I deal with a little bit of eczema on my heels from time to time and I can always count on this to help soothe and soften. I use it as an all body moisturizer and I love the way my skin feeling smooth and not greasy.
