Shea Body Rich Lotion

I love the creamy texture and the scent is so beautiful and comforting. I was on auto replenish with the big bottle but they discontinued without reason. I don't order the small bottle because it's gone too fast and a waste for our planet. Please package it in a large refill bag. I've had to replace my favorite with another company that does have size options and Refills. Also I'd love better communication with us your customers.

This is my FAVORITE moisturizer and I will not be buying more of it until they bring back the larger bottle. This needs to be a refillable bottle. The small bottles are bad for the environment and I run out too quickly. I find the almond body butter too much in the summer, and this is the better alternative. Sad that they haven't brought back big bottles or made this into a regular refillable product.

I love the lotion but the pump stops pumping with 1/4 or so of lotion left inside. It was the same for 3% hand cream bottle. It is frustrating when you have to unscrew the top and shake the lotion out. I keep on buying it because the lotion is great, but with the cost of the L'occitane products I expect better overall experience.
