Love this
I love this hand wash. Not so much the price. I'm not sure that I'll repurchase it. I wish they sold this as a concentrate so that i could justify the price. Overall this is a beautiful soap but i don't think I'll repurchase it.

the pump does not work!
I bought two bottles of liquid soap, one regular size and one larger. Surprisingly neither bottle has a working pump! Frustrating! I have bought many products from L'Occitane before and have never had this problem. I should have read the reviewers before ordering...

Harsh fragrance
The fragrance seems harsh, not delicate or complex. ells like generic men's aftershave. To me, not worth its price.

Love this

Broke on the first pump

So disappointed with the new scent.
I've purchased this soap for many years (I think at least 20 years) for myself and for gifts. Why did they feel they had to change the scent? I don't care for the new scent at all. I have bought the Verbena hand soap for my daughters and for friends. No more....

Saving my hands, one wash at a time
Received the duo of wash + lotion over the holidays, and I absolutely love it! I have very dry, sensitive skin, and this has helped immensely. Wash is silky and uplifting, and it leaves my skin clean and soft. The lotion actually sinks in-doesn't just sit on top of my skin like most others do. Love it.
