Sizing off
It's hard to find a nice almond shaped toe on a casual transition shoe. So I love the design aesthetic for these, however, I would have liked to see the sole stitched on at this price point (like the Common Projects slip-on loafer).
Nordstroms sizing seems off. I measure a Brannock Scale 9-9.5 but the EU41 Nordstroms suggests (normal shoe conversion scale shows US9=EU42) make it almost impostive to sleep on in the heel with the unstructured heel makes it difficult to slip on, even with a shoehorn.
The leather on these is very supple and soft but the shoe is really minimally reinforced (yes, for the back to convert to a mule) and is probably about $300 overpriced for what it is. I still want them, it's just too bad you can't get any sizes in. Frustrating.
