Cute dress overall.
It looks more dull than the picture. Not at all "neon", but yes, it is fuchsia. I would have preferred it to be brighter but its still ok. The quality is average. It looks better and unique because of the asymmetrical hem. I like the way it fits me so not a bad find.

Material is nice, fit is nice (5’2, 112lbs) and I got a small! Not sure if I’ll wear it to the wedding I was intending but it’s a nice dress to have in your closet!
