Organic Cotton Terry Robe

I recently purchased this men's terry cloth bathrobe in navy, size medium. It was to replace a similar bathrobe from a different seller that had finally worn out after 35+ years of use. I also had the robe embroidered with my three initials using white thread so it would contrast against the dark color of the robe. I found the weight of the terry cloth fabric just fine, although the "feel" or softness of the material was a little coarser than my old one. But that was of minor significance. Overall, I'm well satisfied with this new robe, and think it will last with the proper care. (That means NOT washing in hot water and/or throwing it into a hot dryer right afterward. The secret to avoiding shrinkage, accelerated wear and big scrunched-up wrinkles on these kind of garments is to wash them in warm or lukewarm water using the gentle cycle and then let them hang or air dry.) My only minor quip is that the embroidered monogram should have been a lower on the left breast pocket area and not up near the collarbone. Otherwise, with no such monogram, I have no problem recommending this bathrobe.
