This jacket is WARM!
This coat is WARM - surprisingly so! I wanted to be able to wear a sweater under it so I went with a large and it fits snug with a heavy wool sweater. I would say this jacket runs a bit on the smaller size. The arms were too long but Norstrom alterations took care of that and now it fits perfectly. I love the length, the large pockets, and the snuggly hood. I normally wear my Northface 600 parka when walking in the low digits, but I find myself reaching for this jacket instead. I receive A LOT of compliments on it. Super happy with the quality and did I mention warm...

A big coat
I wanted so much to keep this coat!
But I looked like a polar bear in it. I’m
older (75) and getting a little “fluffy” (5’2” 150lbs) and know I will find another product from Bean’s/Nordstrom which will work better for me. Don’t get me wrong- this is a warm, well made coat but just doesn’t suit my figure.

Spring/Fall Jacket
It fits perfectly. I am 5’8” (140 pounds) and purchased a small. The elbows we’re bit stiff during my first wear because of the lining but they were ‘broken in” after a couple of days. I wanted it to fit nicely so I ordered a small. If I wanted to layer items under the jacket I would have needed a medium. I like being able to throw this on during cool days instead of a boring sweatshirt.

Not for me
This jacket seems to be very warm and fits true to size. I’m returning it for several reasons. It’s trimmed and lined in navy blue, which I thought was black in the photo. It also has a distinct odor. The door is also more yellowish rather than creamy white.
Too bad as it fit all my other criteria- hooded, warm and cozy feel. I’m 5 feet tall

Cozy but not windproof
I bought this coat in my normal size small, and it still fits at 6 months pregnant so I’d say it runs on the larger side and has a boxy fit. It’s very cozy, but it’s not windproof. It’s ideal for temps in the 40s and maybe mid 30s without wind. I like that the hood is adjustable, but I wish the pockets were lined.
