Nordstrom sent used product
This looks like it was well-used and already laundered (impacted the nap of the fabric) and is covered in pet hair. The tag is a computer printed tag/not original tag. If Nordstrom chooses to accept a return that is used, fine, but don’t resell it (and at full price!). Do better Nordstrom!
