Fit is super small
I ordered this coat because I liked the length and the 2-way zipper. Ordering from LLBean has been a go to for me because of the consistency of sizing. I ordered my usual size—and I have 4 Bean coats in my closet in this size that all fit—but I couldn’t even get this coat to come together enough to even attempt to zip it

End of winter coat
I live in northern Michigan. I have an LL Bean long, heavy winter coat. And a nice warmer winter weather jacket. But I needed a lighter weight longer “end of winter”coat. And this new coat is perfect. It’s very attractive, but warm enough to wear when temps rise to 35, 45 degrees. I got the army green color and it’s great. I weight 160 and I’m 5 ft 4. And the XL size is perfect, because I’m still wearing a sweater under it.

New go to coat
I love to layer in the winter, and this coat is perfect for that. The lining allows for sliding over fleece and sweaters without adding bulk. I ordered a size larger because the description says slightly fitted and it was perfect. Without the layers, I can just adjust the shape.
