Lizzie Skirt

I was looking for a bubble maxi skirt that is not overwhelming. This brand is new to me. I am 5 “1-5”2, 92lbs. XS is big on the waist but manageable. Length, enough to say it’s maxi. Color ivory is darker than picture. But not brown, more like very slightly darker side French vanilla but not yellowish. To make this bubble hem not to puffy, steam half top. Pinch a few spots, randomly, inside with safety pins. These give skirt a difference. For the top, square neck tank and slim fit crew neck merino cardigan. Open first three and two from the bottom. Both similar color to the skirt. Better to style in monochrome looks. That’s my late 40s fun but basic and conservative style. Thank you.
