No Frizz Nourishing Styling Cream

I received a sample of the 'No Frizz" nourishing cream with another order. I read the reviews to determine how to use it. It seemed to be most significantly for thick, curly, perhaps unruly, hair. I have super fine hair, but a lot of it, that was recently over processed by a new colorist so I thought, "What can it hurt?" I tried the sample and it was wonderful, smoothed my frizzy dried out ends. If your hair is like mine, you only need a tiny bit (my hair is about collar length) so while it is not inexpensive, you'll see great soothing and smoothing results with just a little product.

I'm just now ordering my third bottle of this styling cream. I've always had very curly hair -- naturally, and I've always battled it. After I finally accepted it, and it relaxed a little over the years, I began using products to encourage the natural curl rather than fight it. The products I used always left my hair feeling like there was something on it, because there was. Also, if I got out in any moisture or humidity, it would still frizz. Then I tried this product when a friend gave me a sample. I was instantly in love with it. It left my hair feeling soft, allowed it to curl softly without feeling sticky or weighing it down, and my hair didn't frizz. Even more amazing was the fact that 8 oz of the product, despite it's price, lasted me for 11 months. A little more cash outlay? Yes, but more expensive? Not in the long run. I was buying an $18 product, and would have to buy it about 4 times a year. With this, I use less, and it cuts my annual expenditure in half. I LOVE this product.

I use this every time I wash my hair! Even if I don't have time to dry and fuss with my hair. I rub some through my damp hair and let it dry and it looks FANTASTIC. I even used it for an updo! It's not greasy or heavy which I like because my hair is very thin fine and straight. It really gives me great style!

I think we're all inundated with promises of miracles, clinical studies showing oh wow it really really works and then … poof, it may be ok but seldom lives up to the claims. I live near the ocean and my wavy hair can grow like one of those sponges that come to you flat and then explode into a full sized sponge with water, with a bit of brillo pad-like roughness. Oh it looks fine just out of the shower, damp and beginning to gently wave. After a few heated summer hours or worse foggy or rainy days, it's just large and straggly and a mess. I do like LIving Proof products, I use the masque and it absolutely adds moisture. Sick of silicone and the like that go on smoothly, look just lovely and then become slick oily flat messes, hard to wash the silicone out. I tried this and thought maybe it would do something. It did more than something. I rubbed a bit in my hands and ran it through my hair (silly long), not wanting the possible gloppy mess I used very little. I let my hair air dry in the warm weather, which is actually not recommended - it does indicate that it's best with heat. My hair for the very first time lacked frizz, did not grow and was refined and just wavy all day and all night. A true and good product and I'm sort of stunned that it really really worked into something refined, no errant top strands sticking out madly like one of those static things that will not lie down. I'm so happy and so tempted to do the entire no-frizz line. It's more than what it says it is - it's lush rich pretty hair. No odd feeling to your hair as some products do, just beautiful healthy hair. Wow.
