Nordstrom you need a new tape measure.
Very pretty fabric, but the blouse is not 28 inches long - maybe in the back, but not the front. V was a bit deep on me (I am short waisted) and I am so tired of blouses that are longer in the back (please make a straight hem). I also liked the sleeves. As a another reviewer mentioned the material is thin, but not see through. Going back.
