Cute jacket, runs small

I really like the style and quality of this jacket, but unfortunately it runs small. I am usually a solid 18 so I ordered the 2X. The sleeves and shoulders fit perfectly and if I wear it unzipped like in the photo it works, but it is too narrow in the body to zip up.
