Super soft
I just received these today. The description of the material is different than what is stated in the website. There is no rayon or spandex unless viscose and elastane are the same. They are 53 cotton, 44 viscose and 3 elastane they do stretch I wore for 15 minutes and fit a bit baggy. But I still love them so so soft!

My new favorites
The fabric is the softest, most comfortable pants ever. They are light and will be comfortable in the summer.

Nice but not a keeper
I liked these pants but they were a little big and bagged out more than I'd like. The fabric is very soft, though,. I bought 2 pairs of Gap Factory High Rise Girlfriend Utility Khakis in sizes 4 and 6 at the same time I bought the Liverpool utility pants to compare them side by side. I wore all of them for an hour one day to see which I liked best. I kept the size 4 Gap Factory pants because they had a higher waist (which I like) and fit me a bit better. Not to mention they were a whole lot cheaper and, IMHO, are as well made as the Liverpools.
