Don’t ship with OnTrac
Do not order online to be shipped. They require in-person, signed delivery even if you waive it. Nordstrom started using OnTrac and it’s horrible. They don’t even knock or ring the doorbell. Check the reviews of OnTrac- they are the worst. Go through Amazon or companies using ups/fedex/usps. Nordstrom customer service is great but OnTrac is an abject failure.
