WIFi and Bluetooth in a conflict - not headphones
Love them as usual :)
There is an issue with my laptop's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. When they run in parallel, the connections are interrupted continuously. I know they are both controlled by the same chip, but I thought this kind of early days issue shouldn't exist in 2026.

Horrible features!!
Horrible do not buy its way too sensitive for touch. The amount of times my music pauses when nothing is touching the headphones is ridiculous. This is easily one of the worst if not the worst pair of jbl headphones to own don not purchase DO NOT PURCHASE DO NOT PURCHASE DO NOT PURCHASE DO NOT PURCHASE. Unless you are ok with your music pauses every 5 seconds the do whatever you want, but actually want quality headphones instead of touch sensitive garbage ear covers that are made by cavemen who just discovered fire Then buy bose or sony if its in your budget range. Steer clear from these weirdo headphones.

Lovely to use
I bought this nearly three years ago.. and I must say.. it is brilliant. The headphones is comforting with amazing features, and is great value for money. The battery life is so great too with the quick charge! The sound is clear and precise. I would love to buy more products with the JBL brand, with their innovative features. I litterally love this product. :)

Bad software update
Good build quality but don't do any software updates or the headphones produces an annoying crackling sound all the time

Great Choice, Amazing sound quality
I just happened upon a sale that they were having. I was never really a fan of these type of headphones. However, my Beats earbuds were starting to irritate my ears so I was looking for an alternative.
So very glad that I purchased these. Perfect fit and unbelievable sound. They provide an excellent choice on days when I don’t want to use earbuds.

Pretty good Audio quality
i had these headphones for over a year and the only thing you need to worry about is accidentally Listening to Low quality audio because it might damage them. Overall, These headphones have scary accuracy in spatial audio and catching details i don’t hear with Airpods pro 2. The battery Life Lasts Long enough for me to forget the Last time i charged them, The comfort is good but doesn’t fit easily on heads (So i use a cap hat)
