What it is: A dual-ended liquid eyeliner that can be worn three ways: thick, thin or ultrafine, to design the precise eye look you want.
What it does: Take your look from subtle daytime elegance to amped-up evening glamour, all with one must-have liner. The liquid formula creates thick, thin and ultrafine lines and offers 24-hour wear. It's waterproof, smudge-proof and totally flake-free.
How to use: Before drawing your chosen line, be sure to shake the liquid eyeliner well. To create a thick line, turn the flat wedge tip on its side for thick, full-on drama. To create a thin line, use the flat wedge tip. To create an ultrafine line, use the slim tip to define eyes with glide-on precision.

My new fav liner
I love how this liner has two different sized ends to use. It's not watery and goes on easily and smoothly. It goes on dark the first time so there's no need to keep lining over it to get it black. Probably the longest lasting liner I've ever used. Much better than Mac, Stilla and Urban Decay.

Waterproof you say....
I don't mind spending $$$ on good makeup products however what I do get angry about is spending $$$ on a liquid eyeliner that is .03 of an ounce that states it IS waterproof and then comes off when your eye naturally tears.
Are you kidding?! The Clinique rep at Nordstroms pulled me to the EL line to show it to me and said, "Yes its waterproof." I tried it at home and it's definitely NOT waterproof. What a joke. This will be returned asap. I'll order that $6 Maybelline that IS truly waterproof.

Easy to Apply
This eyeliner with two different sized tips is so easy to apply and wears well all day with no smudging. The wide tip can be used for dramatic results. I prefer the thin tip for a more natural look, which still makes my eyes stand out! I will continue to use liner, since I think I found one of the best around, and I love Estee Lauder cosmetics.

This product released so much liquid liner that when I blinked my lower lids lined messily and the black liquid ran into my eyes. The white of my eyes turned black. My eyes turned black until black tears ran down my already made up face. Good thing was that after I was shocked to see how runny this product was and my black tinged cornea this product did not burn or hurt. Very messy

Disappointing
Unfortunately, this eyeliner did not work for me. I liked that it was ultra-fine but it was not dark enough and I constantly had to go over the same spots multiple times to make it dark black. It started flaking pretty quickly and I don't like that I have to constantly re-apply. I haven't had this issue with other eyeliners in this price range (Nars, Lancome, Tarte).
