Lisa Bouclé Tweed Jacket

Love the glam of this blazer, but personally could do without the rather cheapish-looking chain detail which is much more apparent in person than how it looks in the pictures here...just personal preference. 3* for 2 reasons: First, the hooky hook and eye closures...not as easy as I expected to close/open. Secondly, the shaggy fringe sheds, easily! Fringe was on my sweater and even a few on the floor where I was trying it on. Just be aware. Oh, I paired this with a black turtleneck sweater from Vince, and a burnished gold-toned (Vicuna) skirt from Anne Kline, black tights and black Booties from V.B. (all on sale at the time, yay!). Perfect-looking, if it weren't for that shedding (which may end up being returned for that reason), and the chains.

I’ve been scouring for a classic tweed jacket that will last for a long time. This jacket is the perfect combination of colors (black, brown, gold), weight, shape and length. It looks great with jeans with a t-shirt for a casual look, as well as more formal with a black sheath. I love the versatility! I will keep and wear this jacket for a long time to come.
