What it is: A precision-engineered brush designed for seamless application of liquid foundation.

What it does: This artisan-crafted brush features a 5-dimensional brush head engineered to work with every contour of your face. The flat surface delivers smooth, even coverage, while the edges allow for precise application around the nose and jawline. Unlike dense, flat brushes, this angled design ensures lightweight, controlled application so no product is wasted. It's handmade in Kumano, Japan by the world's most prestigious brush makers. The lacquered handle is crafted with the finest sustainable hardwood birch from a Forest Stewardship Council–certified forest in Eastern Europe.

How to use: Use with Suprême Bio-Complex Liquid Foundation or any liquid foundation. Blend formula seamlessly in upward and outward motions for a natural finish. Clean regularly with gentle brush cleanser to maintain bristle quality.

Not worth the money

I purchased this brush on the recommendation of several beauty bloggers who insisted it was a must-have for Westman Atelier’s new Suprême Bio-Complex Liquid Foundation. I ultimately returned both, and after testing the foundation with this brush as well as my BK Beauty foundation brush, I simply don’t think this brush is worth $95. For starters, the bristles absorbed a surprising amount of product, which meant I needed nearly twice as much foundation, and the application was still far from flawless. While the foundation itself didn’t work for me and was also returned, I needed considerably less product when applying it with my BK Beauty brush—and the finish actually looked better on my skin. I expected this brush to noticeably improve the application, particularly with the foundation it was designed to accompany, and it just didn’t.

More Efficient; Better Results!

Really lovely foundation brush. It applies and blends the foundation beautifully, leaving a smooth, even finish without streaks. The bristles are soft and comfortable on the skin, and overall it makes application feel effortless.

Beautiful, skin-like application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush has quickly become one of my favorites for liquid foundation. It distributes a very small amount of product evenly and makes it easy to sheer out coverage rather than over-apply. I especially appreciate how well it works around facial hair and areas where foundation can easily become noticeable. The shape and density give me excellent control, and the finished result looks polished but still very much like skin. It has become the brush I instinctively reach for when I want foundation to be truly undetectable.

I am honestly surprised how

I only started wearing makeup the past two years. I have sensitive skin and brushes make it very gentle and easy to apply.
