Great lipliner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful creamy lip liner. It stays on and the nude is a great color.

It's an OK Lip Liner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not crazy about this lip liner. It breaks off very easily making the product wasteful. Also, the Lancome lip liner selection is very limited when it comes to colors available. A light pink liner would be a great addition to the line.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Lip Idôle Lip Shaper. We’re sorry to hear that the liner has been breaking, and that you’d like to see a wider color selection. As this is a creamy formula, applying too much pressure to the tip can cause it to break; sharpening it with a sharp lip-liner sharpener can help create a precise tip, and make the product easier to apply. Our liner range is intentionally curated to pair with, and complement many shades across our lipstick collections. However, we understand your request for a light pink option and will share it with our Product Development Team. Thank you again for your feedback. If you still have the product, and are still experiencing breaking after sharpening, and applying a lighter touch, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-526-2663 10am-7pm EST (M-F) for further assistance!

Love it
This liner is very creamy and luscious; glides on the lips. The mauve is beautiful.

The product was fine. The color was not.
Color is too coral. Wanted more of a neutral pink. The option to look at how it would appear on my own face via AI was not accurate.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the shade of this Lip Idôle Lip Shaper and that the "Try It On" option was not accurate enough for the color you were trying to successfully purchase. We will take this feedback up to the proper team to look into the accuracy of this matter. We do have a multitude of shades in this lip liner and we would love for you to explore the shades here on our website: https://tinyurl.com/2ylxffuz.
