Surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised with the new Lancome Lip Idole CuddleBlur. For one, it does actually feel like it blurs my lips on application. The texture is like a velvet matte but it is not drying. You can definitely build up the opacity but the lip doesn’t dry down completely matte. I really like the product and the trend!

I would not recommend this to anyone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip goes on very thick and does not provide any moisture or shine. It’s a matte velvet finish and feels like silicon on the lips. The color isn’t bad but the consistency is chunky and dry.

Because this is a whipped, mousse-to-matte formula, applying it too generously can cause the powdery blur pigments to feel heavy or chunky. A professional makeup artist tip is to apply just a tiny dot to the center of your lips and gently press and diffuse the formula outward using your fingertip. This sheers out the velvet texture into a weightless, cloud-soft layer that looks flawlessly blurred and feels incredibly comfortable. We hope this small adjustment transforms your experience!

Didn’t love the finish. Not for dry lips.

I have really dry skin and I often have dry cracked lips, and I feel like the matte blurred finish really highlighted and accentuated my dry lips instead of hydrating them. The color was nice and blended in naturally with my natural lip color, almost like I wasn’t wearing a lip at all.

Lightweight, hydrating, and leaves a beautiful long-lasting blurred finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying this Lancôme Lip Idôle CuddleBlur! The formula feels lightweight, hydrating, and very comfortable on the lips. I love the soft blurred velvet finish because is smooths lip lines and gives a natural plush look without feeling dry. The color wears evenly throughout the day and fades nicely instead of looking patchy. It’s also easy to remove at the end of the day without leaving the lips dry.

Perfect everyday nude with smooth matte coverage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This CuddleBlur lipstick glides on really smoothly and it feels lightweight and comfortable on my lips. I also noticed a subtle chocolate-like scent, which is ok for me. The applicator is different from traditional flat applicators. It has a curved shape that hugs my lips nicely and makes application easy and precise.
I got the shade “Blushing Blanket,” and it’s very close to my natural lip color, making it a perfect everyday shade. Even though the formula is lightweight, the coverage is still really good. The formula gives a soft blurred matte finish and does not feel drying on the lips.
Overall, I like how the lipstick feels and looks on my lips.
