How to use: Wear the lip balm daily and as a treatment. Smooth lips with an exfoliant. Apply Lip Fetish Sheer Color Balm directly from the bullet for translucent colour and hydration. If applying as a lipstick base, you can blot to take down the shine or dab on lightly with your fingertip. As a leave-on treatment, add a second layer for maximum conditioning. Or apply after applying lipstick. The lip balm can be mixed with a matte formula to add suppleness and a touch of tinted shine.
