Monte Ballet Flat (Women)

I just got these in the nude color and they are exactly what I was hoping for. I wore out a nearly identical pair from Cole Haan that is no longer for sale and was seeking a replacement. I’ve owned many similar round toe, leather ballet flats from brands like Block, Repetto, and Tieks, Cole Haan, Chloe. These are soft and comfortable. I like that they do not have a leather sole because I need a pair to wear when the ground is a little damp here in the PNW. Some flats have more cushion, I would say these are on the less cushioning side. Roomy metatarsal area and flexible fitting (typical for round flats like this) for people with wider feet. Yes there is a loop on the back of the heel, and no I do not like it but so far it has not irritated me. Overall the heel back does not seem to rise too high like I’ve experienced with TAOS flats. I would consider cutting the loop off… We’ll see.
