Cute shoe but runs narrow
Tried to exchange shoe for a 9.5 size so called phone number on paperwork in box. Got a nice gal with a very thick accent who could not understand what I was saying. I asked her if shoe came in a wider sizer that the width was too narrow. She did not understand what I was saying. I asked her where she was located & she said Peru. Come on Nordstrom…please hire USA employees!!!
