What it does: This kit pairs a creamy Power Line Plumping Lip Liner with a juicy Full-On Plumping Lip Oil for fuller-looking lips, smooth definition and a refreshing tingle that delivers hydration and high-shine color.

Set includes:

- Power Line Plumping Lip Liner in Smooth Spice (0.01 oz.)

- Full-On Plumping Lip Oil in Moscow Mule (0.19 oz.)

How to use: Use the sharp point of the lip pencil to line and give definition and shape, and the rounded side to fill in lips. Then, use the brush to blend, smooth and fill in color. Next, apply the large, lip-hugging applicator of Plumping Lip Oil to the center of the bottom lip and slick a juicy layer of oil across your pout. Repeat on the top lip, using the lip-hugging curve side at the cupid's bow and slicking outward in each direction.
