Beautiful purse. Love the versatility of the two strap lengths. Perfect size to fit wallet, phone, and a few other essentials. Can be worn worn dressier or more casual outfits. Leather is excellent quality and has nice sheen without being too shiny (which I was worried about when I ordered it).

leather seems cheap plastic-y
I have several Mulberry bags, including other lilys but the leather just felt cheap and a large grain I wasn’t expecting… not glossy. Super matte. (Plus I was generally annoyed that it came with all the metal cover stickers removed and no dust bag)

I think the medium size is better quality. This is not the same quality leather as previous small lily bags ive purchased. Not the same thickness in leather. The chain is not the same. Disappointed
