Absolutely the cutest dress!
This dress is so precious! It looks even better in person. I bought it for my 2 year old who's in a size 3T. It fits true to size. It's also a nice light weight fabric which will make it great for the summer in North Carolina. My 2 year old put it on and just kept twirling in it, she loves it too!
