Too Small
A shoe is only as good as it’s fit. These don’t fit properly. I’ve worn the same shoe size for almost forty years and bought my size in dozens of brands. Maybe hundreds by now. Bottom line: I know I’m a true 11. Schutz 11 fits like a 10. Not even a 10.5. Just too short. Who wants their heel hanging off the back looking like a potato? Not cute. Returning.

Schutz sizing
I agree with the other review, I always have to size up in this brand at least 1/2 size. I will say, the Lou pump is one of the most comfortable pointed toe shoe in my closet. I have 5 different colors.
