No added length as promised!
Yet again, Lilly promises an extra inch and 3/4 of hem space to let out for taller girls - and yet again, when you let the hem out, you can see that the extra 1 and 3/4 inches of fabric is sewn onto the dress! You can't let it out unless you are OK with a disturbing seam and pattern break along the bottom of the dress. It wouldn't be such a big deal if the dresses were not so INORDINATELY short in the large sizes. The 7 and 8 are perfect on my younger girls - but why are the 12 and 14 SO SHORT on my 8 and 11 year olds? Please keep making these dresses but make them proportionately longer in the larger sizes!!!!!!!

Adorable dress. Runs big. Recommend sizing down. Originally ordered the 3T and my daughter was swimming in it (she normally wears a 3T). So we ordered a 2T and it fit well with room for growth.
