Lightweight Performance II Hoodie

Without trash talking, I’ll relay my experience with FREEFLY. I ordered three hoodies all in the size my wife wears with all other clothing. These were too small and returned easily for the next size up. The package notes that shrinkage is expected, which in my opinion is not unusual, many products shrink. The packaging also tells you to wash in cold and hang dry. These instructions were followed to the letter. After one wash the hoodies are now too small to use. I reached out to FREEFLY. They had me take photos, and take several measurements. After this process, I was told that the “shrinkage was within expectations.” Then I was offered a 20% discount just in case I wanted to waste any more money. Quite a lot of trouble to end up with nothing useable.
