Product arrived damage.
The product would have been nice if it wasn't broken. The product was taped in styrofoam and shoved into the box so tightly, I have to cut the box apart to get the product out. (I had to basically destroy the box, and they want the product returned in original packaging.) But I could already hear clinking noises — with porcelain, not good. The deer was broken off the stand. One of the candles was loose but not completely broken off. One of the antlers was broken off, and I could not even find in the box. I shouldn't have the inconvenience of returning a damaged product for a replacement or refund. Nordstrom should just offer the replacement or refund. I'm not returning it — and if I'm not offered the replacement (hopefully they can pack it properly this time) or refund, I'll just eat the cost and learn my lesson to never shop at Nordstrom again.
